PAKISTAN - A crowd of worshippers surged through the gates of a shrine, killing 30 people and injuring 100 more in a stampede, police said today.  The stampede occurred late Saturday in Pakistan Sharif, about 250 miles south of Islamabad, when worshippers crowded into the shrine for a festival marking the anniversary of a saint's death.
